Iris Williams – Senior Business Development Manager

She helps prospective clients through the proposal process, laying the foundation for a market research program that’s spot on when it comes to meeting your goals and budget requirements. Iris is super organized, and a real stickler for details, just the kind of habits you should look for in a market research partner. In fact, the satisfaction of helping businesses make good decisions, based on proven practices and accurate data, is what drew her to market research in the first place.

New to market research? Not to worry. Iris makes it her mission to stay on top of the latest trends—both in market research as well as in Sterling’s featured industries. She loves to explore outside of the office, too. Not only has Iris been scuba diving since she was thirteen, with depths to 120 feet, she has also swam with sharks and played with an octopus.

Prior to Sterling, Iris contributed one million dollars a year in new sales as Commercial Accounts Manager for Roto-Rooter in Tampa. Iris graduated from the University of North Alabama with a double major in Marketing and Computer Information Systems. She also has an MBA and a Masters Degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa. On her days off, if she’s not swing or salsa dancing, she may be exercising her green thumb in the garden.
