What you will be doing:
- Primarily - design, code, and test web and Windows applications developed using Microsoft’s latest tools and programming environments (.NET, Visual Studio, TFS, SQL 2008, etc.)
- Secondarily - design, code, and test legacy web and Windows applications developed using VB (6.0), Classic ASP, PHP, & SQL 2000.
- Your work will span the entire software lifecycle and will include the analysis, design, development, configuration, documentation, and testing of our windows and web-based applications.

Senior Account Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manages team of associates and performs tasks on assigned accounts and other research projects, including:
- Adding substantive value to the Sterling client experience through regular contact, review and commentary on key deliverables, account direction and relevant corporate strategy and continuous improvement efforts
- Recruiting, training and implementing performance management systems for all team members
- Assuming overall responsibility for and oversight of all projects assigned to team
- Developing and reviewing all aspects of renewals and new business proposals within assigned client base to ensure optimum recommendations are made and Sterling can deliver against expectations
- Ensuring project financial performance, process activities, deliverables and relationships with client contacts are optimized
- Developing and reviewing project specifications and ensuring accurate and timely communication of and adherence to these throughout the organization
- Ensuring quality checks occur for all project-related deliverables
- Identifying new business development opportunities within assigned client base and developing new products/services which enhance the range and value of Sterling’s offerings
Required Experience
- 7 years minimum market research experience
- 2 years minimum staff mentorship or supervisory experience
- Management of multiple client relationships and projects across all phases of the research process
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing projects with minimal input and oversight, timeliness, accuracy, and high levels of client satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to interface with senior executives and independently add value to client relationships

Project Manager
SummaryA Project Manager plans, directs, coordinates, and completes, as necessary, tasks/activities on assigned accounts and other projects. These activities may or may not include all aspects of the research process from initial design to preparation of final reports and client presentations, depending upon the resource requirements of the account.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and reviews research proposals and budgets to understand study objectives and ensure optimum recommendations are made regarding study design, methodology, and reporting
- Develops detailed project plans/schedules and communicates project specifications to support departments through project planning meetings and internal communications
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding in interpreting and communicating project specifications within work group and other groups/departments throughout the company
- Coordinates and ensures adherence to project plans/schedules and completion of assigned project-specific, support department activities
- Interfaces with clients regarding research objectives, project status, required project materials, and Sterling’s success in meeting needs
- Develops data collection instruments to ensure they conform to research objectives and specifications
- Develops edit plans, tab plans, and other data specification materials
- Interprets data and develops and prepares written analysis
- Completes ad hoc analytical requests
- Checks deliverables and any other materials provided to clients from both client services and support departments to ensure adherence to relevant quality standards
- Understands budget model assumptions and performs to budget specifications
- Reviews assigned accounts for value-added opportunities in the areas of study design, methodology, data collection, and reporting and proactively recommends such to clients
- Optimizes and improves the internal project process
- Develops and implements solutions related to quality (e.g. checklists, project instructions, project documentation, quality control reports, quality control solutions)
- Performs other duties as assigned
