Change in Leadership at Sterling Research Group, Inc.


Sterling Research is announcing that effective today William D. (Bill) Haueisen, Chairman of the Board of the Company, is assuming the additional duties of Chief Executive Officer. Haueisen is succeeding his daughter, Lisa H. Rohrer, who has served in the role of president since 2006. Rohrer has accepted a position at the Center on Lawyers and the Professional Services Industry at Harvard Law School, where she will focus on research, case-writing and consulting with professional service firms worldwide.

Haueisen is the founder of Sterling and was its president from 1987 until 2006 when the reins of the company were passed to Rohrer. He indicated that: “The opportunity presented to Lisa by Harvard is too good, and too close to her expertise to turn down. I and all of the company’s 40+ employees wish her well and great success in the future.”
